DESCRIPTION:This Sunday\, August 9th\, in conjunction with our Blessing of 
 the Backpacks worship service\, we're kicking-off our Weekend Backpack Min
 istry sponsorship effort. For a donation of $100\, you can help feed a hun
 gry student in our Millington Municipal Schools\, living in a food insecur
 e home\, for the entire school year\, on the weekends when they are not in
  school. This ministry\, which will begin in Septeber 2026 through May 202
 7\, will serve approximately 100 children across all of our Millington Mun
 icipal Schools. And\, this year you can sponsor a child in honor or in mem
 ory of someone special\, and we'll send them or their family a specially d
 esigned card\, letting them know. We invite you to join us in helping feed
  hungry children in our community.
